Architecture Network, Inc. was hired to create Master plans to redevelop a degraded industrial site near the center of the Village into an elderly housing and services complex. The original site, including the industrial buildings, was cleared and the building materials were recycled with most of the concrete and masonry crushed and reused for engineered fill for new roadways. ANI ran with this project from phase 1 and was able to meet all of the elderly housing code requirements.
