​This project included an assessment of existing EIFS cladding systems and associated building envelope elements in order to determine possible causes for water infiltration into building. This inspection included a visual, non-invasive review of all the building envelope components and critical, invasive review of select prototypical problematic components. The invasive review included removal of materials in order to observe interstitial wall conditions.
