701 E. Washington Avenue

The Trademark Building at 701 East Washington Avenue has gone through many changes over the last several decades. Built in the early 1900s, it was originally a Case Tractor Dealership. During the 1950s - 60s, it was the home of Kayser Ford. After Kayser moved out it became a buy and sell shop until 2002. This landmark building it now under constrcution and will become a premier stop in Madison.

The current tenants include The Brass Ring, The High Noon Saloon, The Brink Lounge, and the headquaters of Roberts Constuction Associates, Inc. Future tenants include a coffee shop, a law office, and a yoga studio.

701 East Wash is truly an icon that sits on one of the most important gateways into Madison. Architecture Network, Inc. is proud to have been the key architects involved with renovation of this very important building.
